Terms of Business Terms of Business are an integral part of all relationships between suppliers and purchasers of services, as without clarity misunderstanding can occur. To ensure that our Clients requirements are carried out in such a manner the aims and objectives of an investigation are achieved in a legal and compliant manner, and importantly to the Clients satisfaction, it is essential that all requests include the following:
In addition we require Clients to agree to our charges and terms of settlement which will be clearly presented. At the conclusion of all assignments Euro-Tec undertakes to submit comprehensive reports, and/or statements of evidence if legal proceedings prevail, along with an itemised invoice. NB All charges are plus VAT. |

UKAS is the National Accreditation Body for the United Kingdom appointed by government. |
