Terms of Business
Terms of Business are an integral part of all relationships between suppliers and purchasers of services, as without clarity misunderstanding can occur. To ensure that our Clients requirements are carried out in such a manner the aims and objectives of an investigation are achieved in a legal and compliant manner, and importantly to the Clients satisfaction, it is essential that all requests include the following:
- Precise nature of assignment
- Timeframe for reporting
- Special requirements of the Client
In addition we require Clients to agree to our charges and terms of settlement which will be clearly presented. At the conclusion of all assignments Euro-Tec undertakes to submit comprehensive reports, and/or statements of evidence if legal proceedings prevail, along with an itemised invoice. NB All charges are plus VAT.
Upon request we will pleased to provide our Terms of Business, Code of Practice and Business Standards, documentation to clients, which for reasons of confidentiality
and commercial sensitivity we do not publish online
